    Tripfest acts as an intermediary and booking facilitator between customers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We do not own, operate, or control these third-party vendors.
    We provide travel-related services including:
    • Flight Bookings: Domestic and International.
    • Accommodations: Hotel reservations worldwide.
    • Holiday Packages: Customized Domestic and International tours.
    • Transportation: Bus, Train, and Cruise bookings.
    • Travel Essentials: Visa Assistance and Travel Insurance.
  • Eligibility & User Responsibilities
    • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
    • Information Accuracy: You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter this agreement.
    • Process: Booking requests can be made via phone or email; no account creation is required.
    • Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation is issued by Tripfest.
  • Payments & Pricing
    • Gateway: Payments are processed through the CCAvenue Payment Gateway. Tripfest does not store your card or banking details.
    • Availability: Prices are subject to change until payment is completed. We reserve the right to revise or cancel bookings due to technical pricing errors.
    • Deadlines: Failure to pay within the time specified in your invoice may lead to automatic cancellation.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Identification: It is the passenger’s responsibility to carry valid government-issued photo ID (for domestic travel) or valid Passports and Visas (for international travel).
    • Liability: Tripfest is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
    • Insurance: While we provide assistance, users are encouraged to verify the specific terms of their Travel Insurance policies.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Tripfest acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for:
    • Flight, Bus, Train or Cruise delays, cancellations, or overbooking.
    • Quality of hotel or cruise services.
    • Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
    • Maximum Liability: Our liability shall not exceed the total service fee charged by Tripfest for the specific booking.
  • Intellectual Property
    All website content, including the logo, design, and text, is the property of Tripfest and may not be reproduced without written permission.
  • Modifications to Terms
    Tripfest maintains the authority to amend these Terms whenever necessary. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to the most recent version of these Terms.
