- Real-Time Fare Fluctuations: Flight fares are dynamic and may change in real time until your ticket or reservation is officially issued.
- Price Guarantee: Quoted prices are only confirmed and guaranteed once the formal invoice is issued and full payment is successfully processed.
- Full Payment Requirement: To secure your booking, Tripfest requires the total amount upfront; partial payments or installments are not accepted for confirmation.

Hotel Reservations
We provide access to verified budget and premium properties with instant confirmation where available.

Booking Process:
- Share Your Preferences: Provide your travel dates, preferred location, and any specific requirements (budget, amenities, or room type).
- Curated Hotel Options: Our team will search with our network of verified properties to send you the best available rates and room options as per your requirements.
- Confirm Your Selection: Review the choices and notify us of your final selection to proceed with the booking.
- Receive Your Invoice: A formal invoice detailing the room tariff, service charges, and applicable taxes will be sent to you.

Important Note:
- Provider-Specific Policies: All cancellations are governed strictly by the individual policies of the hotel or property booked.
- Non-Refundable Rates: Certain promotional or seasonal rates are non-refundable or have strict cancellation deadlines that must be adhered to.
- Facilitation Charges: Cancellation fees imposed by the hotel apply regardless of Tripfest’s role as the booking intermediary.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to check in on the scheduled date may result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please be aware that Tripfest service charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Holiday & Tour Packages

Important Notes:

Dynamic Cabin Allocation: While we accept cabin category requests, specific cabin numbers are assigned by the cruise line and are subject to change until boarding.
Onboard Gratuities: Most cruise lines charge a mandatory daily “Service Charge” or “Gratuity” per person. This is often not included in the base fare and must be paid onboard.
Documentation: Passengers must carry a valid passport (usually with 6 months validity) and relevant visas for all ports of call, even if they do not plan to disembark.
Shore Excursions: Tours at various ports are optional and typically incur extra charges unless specified as “All-Inclusive.”

Important Notes:

ID Proof Mandate: For both Bus and Train travel, passengers must carry an original government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.) matching the name on the ticket.
Reporting Time: Passengers are advised to arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. Tripfest is not liable for missed departures due to delays.
Dynamic Pricing (IRCTC): Train fares (especially Suvidha or Tatkal) can change instantly. The final price is only confirmed at the moment of successful ticket generation.
Limited Liability: Tripfest is not responsible for bus/train delays, mechanical breakdowns, or changes in boarding points by the operator.

No Guarantee of Issuance: Tripfest acts only as a facilitator. The final decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
Fees are Non-Refundable: Once paid, Visa Embassy fees and Tripfest service charges are 100% non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is granted, delayed, or rejected.
Timeline Variations: Processing times provided are “estimated” based on past trends; actual processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to additional embassy scrutiny.
Document Accuracy: The applicant is responsible for the truthfulness of all documents submitted. False information can lead to visa rejection or even a permanent travel ban.

Pre-Existing Conditions: Most standard policies do not cover medical expenses arising from pre-existing illnesses unless a specific add-on is purchased.
Claim Process: In case of an emergency abroad, the insured must contact the insurance company’s 24/7 international hotline before incurring major expenses to ensure “cashless” settlement.
Policy Exclusions: Standard policies typically exclude injuries related to extreme sports, war, civil unrest, or alcohol-related incidents.
GST Update: Note that current 2025-26 Indian tax guidelines apply a 0% GST rate on individual health and travel insurance premiums (subject to government updates).

General Payment & Refund Terms

Payment Timeline: To lock in the quoted rates, full payment must be completed within 24–48 hours of receiving your invoice. The specific expiry window for your quote will be clearly stated in your booking email.
Secure Processing: All transactions are processed through the CCAvenue Payment Gateway, a Tier-1 secured platform. We do not store your credit/debit card details or sensitive financial information on our servers.
Confirmed Status: Please note that booking confirmations and e-tickets are issued only after a successful payment transition. A request for a quotation does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI via our secure payment link.

Cancellation & Refund Overview

Processing Timelines: Once a refund is approved by the service provider, the amount typically reflects in your original payment method within 7 to 21 working days.
Written Requests Only: To ensure validity, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from your registered email address to info@tripfest.in.

Taxes & Fees (India)

To ensure transparency and compliance with national regulations, please note the following regarding our pricing:

Base Currency: All services are primarily quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). For our international clients, pricing can be provided in other major currencies upon request, based on prevailing exchange rates.
Statutory Taxes & Fees: In accordance with Government of India regulations, applicable taxes and mandatory fees including GST (Goods and Services Tax), Airport Development Fees, and Aviation Security Charges and other taxes are added to the base fare at the time of invoicing.
Regulatory Changes: Tax components are subject to change without prior notice, following any updates or mandates issued by the Government of India or relevant local authorities.
Comprehensive Breakdown: Your final invoice will provide a clear, line-by-line breakdown of the base service cost and the specific taxes applied to your booking.
