- No-Show Policy: Failure to check in on the scheduled date may result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please be aware that Tripfest service charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

- Documentation: Passengers must carry a valid passport (usually with 6 months validity) and relevant visas for all ports of call, even if they do not plan to disembark.
- Shore Excursions: Tours at various ports are optional and typically incur extra charges unless specified as “All-Inclusive.”

- Reporting Time: Passengers are advised to arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. Tripfest is not liable for missed departures due to delays.
- Dynamic Pricing (IRCTC): Train fares (especially Suvidha or Tatkal) can change instantly. The final price is only confirmed at the moment of successful ticket generation.
- Limited Liability: Tripfest is not responsible for bus/train delays, mechanical breakdowns, or changes in boarding points by the operator.

- Policy Exclusions: Standard policies typically exclude injuries related to extreme sports, war, civil unrest, or alcohol-related incidents.
- GST Update: Note that current 2025-26 Indian tax guidelines apply a 0% GST rate on individual health and travel insurance premiums (subject to government updates).
General Payment & Refund Terms
- Payment Timeline: To lock in the quoted rates, full payment must be completed within 24–48 hours of receiving your invoice. The specific expiry window for your quote will be clearly stated in your booking email.
- Secure Processing: All transactions are processed through the CCAvenue Payment Gateway, a Tier-1 secured platform. We do not store your credit/debit card details or sensitive financial information on our servers.
- Confirmed Status: Please note that booking confirmations and e-tickets are issued only after a successful payment transition. A request for a quotation does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

- Base Currency: All services are primarily quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). For our international clients, pricing can be provided in other major currencies upon request, based on prevailing exchange rates.
- Statutory Taxes & Fees: In accordance with Government of India regulations, applicable taxes and mandatory fees including GST (Goods and Services Tax), Airport Development Fees, and Aviation Security Charges and other taxes are added to the base fare at the time of invoicing.
